Nike Files Patent Lawsuit Against Adidas

Nike sues Adidas, claiming its archrival makes shoes using elements of Nike’s SHOX cushioning technology. “Despite Nike’s patent protection, Adidas has built shoes that use Nike’s technology,” Nike spokesman Vada Manager said.
