I'd say hit up some 2nd hand stores. I got a nice navy RL bag for $4.99 the other week, it seems it was from promotion with RL Fragrances a good time ago, but it's still real nice and now my favourite bag. In the same run I grabbed a Parfum Givenchy one that I gave a homegirl for her birthday, same price.

Also had good experiences with NSW bags, not too pricey either.
