Ann Demeulemeester's 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Is Victorian Punk
Doesn’t get more Demeulemeester than this.
Creative Director Sebastien Meunier took to Paris Fashion Week to unveil his Fall/Winer 2017 collection for the esteemed Ann Demeulemeester label. This range returns to the brand’s hallmark black-and-white color palette after playing with a midnight navy hue for spring/summer. The clothing itself seems to mix-and-match elements from Victorian era fashion and punk culture cues from decades ago, be it the inclusion of lace and ruffles, or the ill-proportioned leather waist- and frock-coats, all of which are presented in dissolved outfits.
