Mfpen FW24 Is Punk Rock and Ready to Roll
The 27-look collection reinterprets traditional office uniforms with pinned details and frayed edges.
Mfpen is the rising star of Copenhagen Fashion Week. The Danish label has experimented with office uniforms inside and out, flipping and reversing them into upbeat creations that merge minimalism and rebellion. For Fall/Winter 2024, Mfpen hosted an intimate runway show in central Copenhagen, gracing the third day with ruthless punk rock attitudes.
Guests flooded into petite walkways, left standing to observe the collection in action. Screaming metal music filled the room with chaos while Mfpen pupils stormed slim-cut corridors on a mission. The 27-look range was undeniably edgy, reinterpreting formal wardrobes with oversized adjustments. The devil was in the details at Mfpen, seeing staple blazers paired with overwashed trousers and untucked shirting. Utilitarian gilets lay atop pierced neckties and pinstriped trousers, while cropped puffers flourished with expanded collars in premium materials.
Dancing figures swayed across graphic tees with sprinkling stardust, closing the collection with shredded bottoms and heartbroken overcoats in versatile checkered prints.
