Spike Jonze Teams up With VICE to Launch VICELAND TV in the UK and Ireland
Moving across the pond.
After debuting earlier this year in the US, VICELAND is set to launch in the UK and Ireland on September 19, with programming being overseen by director Spike Jonze. The channel will air original shows which have been developed and produced entirely in-house by VICE‘s creative team, as well as programming aimed at youth culture. The UK channel will launch with The Viceland Census, a one-off film surveying young British people and giving them a platform to voice their views. Creative director Alex Miller states the goal is to make VICELAND “the most original and important TV channel for young people in the country.” Will you be tuning in?
