Don't Sleep on Rmell's New Single "Ren"
The Maryland rapper connects with Hymn, Cal Rips and Miles Meraki for this banger.
Maryland’s Grammy Family has been bubbling under the radar for quite a minute. Spearheaded by the talents of Matt McGhee and Rmell, the collective has been providing the scene with a consistency of intricate beats, clever rhymes and catchy flows. The latter presents his new single, aptly titled “Ren,” today. It displays the young artist’s versatility as he offers a verse with a fast-paced flow over a self-produced beat. He’s assisted by fellow Maryland natives Hymn, Miles Meraki and DC artist Cal Rips. Regarding the song’s title, he says:
“['Ren'] got its name from a sampled sound clip from Ren & Stimpy. I never knew what to call it but everyone referred to it as “Ren.” It is a small glimpse of what After F has to offer, I can promise you that.”
