Nike's 2016 Hyperdunk Gets a High Dose of Flyknit
Innovation at its finest.

Nike’s Hyperdunk silhouette has been the mainstay model of the sport of basketball since its debut during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and this year’s model is set to take your performance to new heights. The Nike Hyperdunk 2016 sports a high cut Flyknit upper while providing a locked in feel via its TPU heel counter. Designed by Leo Chang, its Zoom Air Unit will extend to the full length of the foot for an instant response to impact along with a trampoline feel thanks to its hollowed core. Along with a classic herringbone traction, the areas of lockdown, flexibility and breathability are covered via Nike’s Flywire cables. The Nike Hyperdunk 2016 will be available starting in July with an elite Flyknit edition and will be followed up by high and low-top iterations which will have engineered mesh throughout their uppers.
