New 'Sherlock' Season 4 Teaser Sees Sherlock and Watson Getting a Message from the Villain, Moriarty
More questions about our heroes’ infamous nemesis.
The fourth season of BBC’s Sherlock is set to air on January 1st. It has been a long-time coming for fans of the show and now we actually get to see the crafty detective (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Dr. John Watson (Martin Freeman) come together again to solve some puzzling cases. Yet the one case that is of most importance is the duo’s bout with the sinister Jim Moriarty (Andrew Scott). Without giving up too much about what the dastardly villain has already accomplished, let’s just say that Mr. Moriarty has something else up his sleeve. That “something” is teased in the video above.
Not much clue is obviously given here, but if you caught it, then you saw Moriarty’s face flash briefly. While that’s happening in the backdrop of the new season, there will also be the appearance of another antagonist — Culverton Smith played by Toby Jones. He is described by the program as “the purest evil.” Are you all set for the premier of Sherlock? Let us know your thoughts.
