J Dilla's Brother Illa J Releases Song off New Album, "Never Left"

J Dilla sibling and Slum Village cohort Illa J has unveiled his latest single, “Never Left.” “Never Left” is said to be from the Detroit rapper’s forthcoming album, a self-titled LP set to see release on October 2 via Bastard Jazz. “Never Left” is produced by Canadian beatsmith duo Potatohead People, who will handle the entirety of the production on Illa J’s self-titled project.
