adidas Skateboarding Unveils the Limited Edition Busenitz "Scheinfeld"
German-made kicks for the German-born skater.

Dennis Busenitz’s Three Stripes-branded footwear line is now in its thirteenth successful season and, in celebration of the milestone, adidas presents a brand new shoe for the German-born skater: the Busenitz “Scheinfeld.” Crafted in Germany and taking its name from the only adidas-owned shoe manufacturing facility in the world (the same one that manufactures all custom footwear for the brand’s top athletes, global football events and both the Summer and Winter Olympics), the special design once again combines the looks of the legendary Samba and Copa Mundial. Dressed in full-grain black leather, the kicks offer up a nod to the German flag — as did the GORE-TEX take on the kicks that debuted in October — thanks to a combination of metallic gold and bold red accents. As per usual, a GEOFIT collar and cup sole construction are both included here, as well as recessed eyelets and the design’s signature customizable tongue.
The Busenitz “Scheinfeld” will be available through specialty retailers and the adidas Skateboarding website beginning this Friday, December 18 for $250 USD.
