Here's an Inside Look at Nas's 'Time is Illmatic' Documentary

Back in April, filmmakers Erik Parker and One9 celebrated the premiere of their documentary Time Is Illmatic at the Tribeca film festival. Released the same week as Nas’s Illmatic 20th anniversary, the film documented the albums cultural impact and the creative process undertaken in its creation. Today, we are presented an inside look at the filmmakers and the ten-year journey taken to produce their documentary. Released by Hennessy, the video describes the duo’s association with Nas’s music, the events leading up to the making of the film and Nas’s involvement in the project.
