hey guys, WE DO KNOW in Mexico who Kaws is, long before this special bottle design. Dos equis (2 x´s) is a brand which has been working with people such as David Lachapelle and other ones in its latest campaigns. It´s target is mainly focused on indie-alternative-hip young people, and many of them do know who Kaws is. I do like this bottle, not crazy about it but is nice to see this kind of products here. You guys would be very ignorant to induce that a large company such as Cuauhtemoc Brewery would launch such a big campaign without knowing its well known target. It´s been actually quite succesful already.

kaws sucks. he was cool during his graf days but slapping x’s on any random cartoon character, hand soap, or beer bottle he can get his hands on and calling it “urban art” makes real artists like Ron English cry.

Id buy this bottle at a bar over a high life, bud, miller, corona or Heineken any day. When I was 12yrs old I got a hold of a Graffiti magazine where I fell in LOVE with KAWS the graffiti artists not what he became later. I still dig the dude but IMO his Graffiti days were his best.
