Gucci Icon: Pop up Store Opening Party

On Friday night GUCCI held a party to celebrate the opening of the last Icon-Temporary stores. Celebrities and special guests were split over two floors with music provided by Verbal and Yoon. Interactive consumer electronics and installations were set up around the store, including an ipad application and a touch screen window where shoppers could view themselves wearing the sneakers of their choice through digital manipulation.

Footwear collaborator and DJ, Mark Ronson was on hand that evening to perform with Chauffeur, one of the many new talented acts he produces. Situated at Gucci’s Shinjuku location, the pop-up store will be opened until July 4th.
