Banksy in Toronto

Following a number of American appearances in conjunction with his recent documentary “Exit Through the Gift Shop”, Banksy’s latest jaunt takes him to Toronto, Canada. A series of his works have been documented across the city including his characteristic jabs at the current socio-economic climate.

    The second piece down is on the south side of adelaide, west of spadina.

    Or should I say was… it was painted over by the time I got there (May 5 @6pm).

    I’ve always liked Banksy’s work, but now I have a lot more respect for Banksy as an artist after watching “Exit Through The Gift Shop”. Good movie. Funny how the movie ends. Mr. Brainwash is corny and his art is trash.
