One of America’s most cherished and respected designers, Thom Browne and his self-titled label has been a stand-out for American men’s fashion since its launch almost 10 years ago. Merging high-fashion and tailoring with the authenticity of Supreme, the two come together in a this New York City affair to release a collection of oxford shirts. Three shirts include blue, black and red with some styling shots involving notable skate personality, Jason Dill. It’s nice that streetwear is growing up with all of us. As all of us maturing and actually gaining appreciation for high-end fashion they are mixing.

no matter is Thom Browne or not, I don’t like the fit. and if u can pull that look off, it will be cool. not everyone looks good in Thom Browne. and dont hate the street cats just coz u wear a tuxedo to dinner.

These shirts are supposed to be tucked in, that’s why they are cut the way the fit in the pics. That patch is a detail on all of TB shirts, and you don’t see it when the shirt is tucked. But I bet all you hypebeasts will purposely wear it untucked to show off the patch like a New Era size sticker.

Remember when you just got stuff because you liked it and it didn’t matter who did it?
All of this collaboration stuff is stoopid. Now days it’s all about who collabs with who and how limited it is. LAME!

You guys should not take this so serious. there are people who don’t know who Thom Browne is. even though he is one of the best tailors in the world and he worked for Ralph Lauren’s subsequent label Club Monaco for a number of years. I like the colab, it’s cool to know that some high end designers like Thom are not to stuck up to work with streetwear guys.

I love the collaboration. I do see why some of you are upset with it. Supreme’s core street wear audience might not really like the fit, but street wear and men”s contemporary are mixing and mixing fast. The days of just a dope tshirt grafic, new era fitted, hoodies, and varsity jackets are over. This is the direction of street wear people. Get used to it. That core audience is growing up and their look is becoming more refined.

Just saw Thom Browne speak at FIT. Someone asked him how this collaboration came about. He replied there was no collaboration they just bought the shirts from him.

Design wise it’s worth maybe $50, but because it’s Supreme/Thom Browne collab. it’ll probably get mark up another $200. Total disappointment, the only way I would get it is if it’s $20 or less or free.

“who cares if its high end or not. its thom browne for SUPREME which is a streetwear brand. i dont need to know sh*t about thom browne or high end fashion you snobby douches”
    .
    .
    .
    .
which is why you don’t know shit period. This type of reasoning is why people are wondering why it fits this way, why it cost so much, why there is a patch, or why they even collabed. thats the problem with you consumers, you don’t want to look into the things you are purchasing.

    @reg

And that’s why you are a poser. If you dont know anything that’s behind the brand or callabo or what not, then you are sheep. You will probably buy Supreme x Maxi Pads because it says Supreme. What a joke. It’s ok though, Supreme loves you. You are the reason they make a lot of money

Thom Browne is a very high end brand that makes button down shirts in NYC. This is a weird collaboration. I can’t imagine why they thought this would sell (except the fact that it says Supreme on the bottom) because these shirts are normally $300-700 a shirt.

Goes to show how far Supreme is going. Crushed it with the A.P.C. and now the Thom Browne. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did a Margiela collab next. I’m digging the Chambray shirt, Chambray is definitley going to pop this season.

  • duuduu

Jason Dill is the man. Cut looks very slim and who in sam hell tucks in any supreme button up except a herb? Thom Browne or not….

Boring, at this point Supreme will slap their name on any piece of sh*t, sell it for a 600% markup and call it the second coming of christ. I really don’t understand why people keep buying stuff from them, i blame it on the japanese…
