Continuing on their Nike+ concept of helping athletes track their training numbers and progress, Sportsbands are a new release out of the Nike camp. Doing away with the traditional transmitters that work in unison between your footwear and your iPod, the Nike+ Sportsbands track details such as your speed, distance, time and caloric expenditure. With the ability to collect upwards of 15 hours of data, you can upload the info to your computer and personal workout log at NikePlus.com.

    They can barely get a watch to work for more than 3 months, do you think i will trust my heart rate and work out progression to Nike? queno sexy

    I dont see it for sale in canada anywhere, yet it came out april of 2008, and been reviewed by many people from last year so what heck? I see the black and reds on ebay sometimes saying retail price is $59 with sensor yet the auctions go to like $90+shipping. they arent even on the nike plus website, let alone these cool colors

    Can this work with just the shoe sensor or do i need the ipod nano and attachment for it too?

    Nike needs to release these already! I have the old one and it died back in December. UGH… all those uncharted miles ran since then…
