Undercover’s 2008 spring/summer collection Summer Madness is themed after a fictional haunted hotel, “Hotel UC”. Among the pieces recently released are graphic t-shirts as well as belts, each relating back to the concept at hand. Available now at Cliffedge.
As the Original Fake 2nd Annviersary garnered much attention and anticipation, more developments have surfaced regarding some of OF’s unforeseen collaborations. In a second collaboration, Japanese fashion label Undercover has re-aligned itself with well-known sandal makers Birkenstock. The printed leather portion references a pattern previously seen on their Chukka model. A hard sandal to pull of either way, look for these to hit select Undercover accounts soon.

Here is a look at the new Jun Takahashi’s creation for Undercover. This new tee will be introduced to the public on April 19th, during “The sound and the Fury” event held by Undercover Japan at Laputa Garden in Matsuyama. True to his Bizare-but-kawaii style, Undercover pays tribute to the William Faulkner southern gothic novel which match perfectly with the japanese label philosophy.

For the opening of the Dover Street Market pop-up store in Shinjuku’s Isetan department store, the Japanese brand Undercover has teamed up with British luggage maker Globetrotter to create two suitcases. One has the suitcase has the Undercover Hello Kitty design while the other has the Undercover “Chuuut!” design. Both suitcases come in three sizes – 33 inch, 30 inch, and 21 inch. Available at the Dover Street Market space at Isetan from March 19th till 31th.

Undercover has teamed up with Sanrio for a Hello Kitty collaboration. This project produced by Medicom Toy will include a Undercover x Sanrio x Medicom Toy Hello Kitty figure as well as a keychain. Three variations of the Hello Kitty figure will be available including a black & white Hello Kitty, a no face Hello Kitty and a ribbon face Hello Kitty. They will be released at the Undercover store, some Sanrio stores as well as the 1/6 計画 store starting February 24th.
