Most would agree that tradeshow pics and leaked photos never really do any products justice, but due to the nature of the beast that is blogging they go up anyways. Having said that, jeffstaple has presented an official look into iDiom 2009 through product shot previews and lookbook. With the artistic direction revolving around the forest, without an official press release we assume this collection has some inspirations drawn from the wilderness and the vitality of green. The collection includes shells, jackets and pants. Look for more details as the release dates near.

Honeyee has recently published a new picture article called Still Life 2008 where Hiroshi Fujiwara and friends head off to the mountains to shed some powder. Irrelevant as it might seem, the article actually gives us a preview of what might be coming out from Burton’s [ak] line for Fall/Winter 2008. A lot of bright and solid colors are used for the upcoming collection including bright blues and pinks. Other than the clothes, the snowboarding pictures are not too shabby as well so if you want to check it out, click here.
The brand, Idiom, has been a snowboarding apparel label that we have always followed here at HYPEBEAST due to its ties with the trend setter Hiroshi Fujiwara. This year, Idiom used a lot of red along with plaid patterns. To be honest, we thought this year’s collection was only so-so compared to the monotone collection from 06/07. Recently, HF posted some pictures on his blog where he is shown wearing a jacket from next year’s Idiom 08/09 collection. It looks like there will be a lot of green from the upcoming collection. Unfortunately not much information has been released but usually some Idiom retailer will release the pictures so hopefully we’ll see some of the catalog scans soon.
