Hong Kong magazine Milk Magazine recently published an interview with WTAPS/PHILOSOPHY ZINE front man Tetsu Nishiyama regarding his past and the progression of WTAPS from its former identity as 40% AGAINST RIGHTS. Tet also speaks regarding the upcoming opening of the HOODS retail space in Hong Kong, a store dedicated to WTAPS and Neighborhood.
