The focus of the shoe revolves strictly around the Vantage Supreme’s 80s silhouette and quality perforated upper. The Japanese brand Nonnative has released its lookbook for their 2008 Spring/Summer Collection. This season, Nonnative has used a lot of light weight fabrics creating items like windbreakers and light weight jackets. The collection feels very casual and has pieces which you can easily incorporate to your wardrobe.

The bare essentials is a good way to describe nonnative’s take on their version of the New Balance M1700. The once running marvel and flagship of the New Balance collection has been offered in two low key colors. The grey joint most likely tickles the fancy of those hard to please conservative northern Europeans that grace the likes of the Crooked Tongues forums while the white pair makes me think Warren Moon and the days of the defunct Houston Oilers.

In recent times, the M1700C has been the sneaker of choice for various collaborating Japanese entities.
