Icecream originated as a subsidiary of artist Pharell Williams and A Bathing Ape creator NIGO’s Billionaire Boys Club brand in 2005. Both clothing lines were founded in Japan and New York City. Featuring graphics of dollar signs, diamonds, and beepers, the brand went on to popularize all-over print designs that would be seen in streetwear henceforth. Under the motto “wealth is of the heart and mind, not the pocket,” Icecream alongside BBC has influenced streetwear by upholding individualism through fashion for well-over a decade.

Billionaire Boys Club aka. BBC has recently release several new items for the month of January. First, they have just released a new Car Crash series of t-shirts which will have graphics of cars all smashed up. Then on January 23rd, they will released a stripe jacket. As previously mentioned in a previous blog post, BBC will be going the preppy route this season so this jacket fits that style. The jacket will come in three colors black, navy and red. Available now at the Ice Cream store in Japan.
Set to drop this weekend are a wave of new releases from BBC | Ice Cream. Perfect for the seasons are some heavier duty varsity and bomber jackets as well as t-shirts, denim, hoodies and accessories. Available this Saturday, January 19th at Hong Kong’s BBC | Ice Cream.

BBC/Ice Cream is a label created by the artist Pharrell Williams and the creative director of Bape Nigo. They have just opened new stores worldwide within last year in New York and Hong Kong. Here are some new items coming from the label including a Ice Cream Cowboy Parka and a BBC Trump Tee. The parka will be releasing on January 14th while the tee will be releasing on January 12th. Available soon at their flagship stores including their store in Japan.
Billionaire Boys Club aka. BBC and Ice Cream which is a label under the helm of Pharrell Williams and Nigo (A Bathing Ape) will start releasing some of their 2008 Spring/Summer products starting January. The new items include a BBC Trump Jacket, a pair of BBC Neon Denim, an Ice Cream IC Smile Sweater and New Era Fitted Cap, a BBC Trump Bandanna, and an Ice Cream Parka. All items will be available at the BBC/Ice Cream stores in New York and Hong Kong as well as various dealers.

Season 6 from BBC | Ice Cream has been revealed. The production team The Neptunes (which includes Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay) took time to get involved in the Season 6 look book. The use of bright colors is prominent and should provide some good threads for the Spring/Summer season. The interactive flash look book can be seen here.
BBC | Ice Cream is set to drop some items in December from their 2007 Fall/Winter Collection. In time for the holiday seasons are t-shirts, polos, sweaters and fitted caps. The boat shoe has been making a come back these few years in the world of streetwear especially by efforts from brands like Visvim or Creative Recreation. It seems like Ice Cream will be making their own version of the Boat shoe as well sometime in the future. Nigo was spotted wearing a sample pair at a photoshoot in New York with Pharrell. Currently there isn’t any information on these but stay tuned for more information.

BBC | Ice Cream’s newest addition in New York opened their doors for business yesterday. A large number of guests, celebrities and shoppers turned out for the grand opening with personalities such as Nigo, Jay-Z and Pharrell in attendance. The store will be closed for press events and a party on Wednesday but will re-open on Thursday, November 29th.
Within a few months of Hong Kong’s opening of their BBC | Ice Cream flagship store comes another storefront in the city of New York. The new store will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, November 27th. With the grand opening comes a series of special store exclusive items such as blue/blue Board Flips and t-shirt. Those who have had the opportunity to view the architecture of the Hong Kong BBC | Ice Cream store should expect much of the same exciting and theme driven interior design. The store is located at 456 West Broadway.

To start off the month of November, BBC | Ice Cream is set to release a series of items as part of their 2007 Fall/Winter Collection. This release includes the Ice Cream Girl tee (by Japanese artist Rockin’ Jelly Bean and his signature design), BBC Gold Foil Astronaut Crewneck and a huge over-sized all-leather BBC Dollars & Diamonds Backpack. These items will be available at the BBC | Ice Cream store in Hong Kong on November 3rd.

BBC | Ice Cream is set to release new series of products later this week. The items include an Ice Cream Waffle tee, Ice Cream New Era 59Fifty fitted cap and a BBC mesh trucker cap.
