Description

Originating in Annecy, France, in 2009, footwear brand Hoka One One first gained attention in the running industry thanks to their oversized outsoles and bright colorways. Founders Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard - both former employees of Salomon - remained adamant that extra cushioning was the way forward, despite the minimalist trend at the time. The brand now operates out of California, US, following its purchase in 2013 by Decker Brands, and remains one of the most popular performance brands across the globe.
