In a world where the fixed-gear is reigning supreme, Carhartt is is bringing back the more modern BMX. Carhartt has a thriving pro BMX team, and this collaboration brings a spotlight to that. They teamed up with Wethepeople who are experts in the BMX field. On their site, they state that: “The cruiser is delivered with many Carhartt specials: it comes with Carhartt logo stencils, personalized ‘Boulevard’ grips, an embroidered ‘Murder City Nights’ seat and the ‘Murder City Nights’ toptube pad. These patterned pads show the Carhartt logo just like the frame of the bike; and the grips are also separately available in different fashionable colours. ” More details after the jump.
Skate retailer Bored of Southsea alongside design company ilovedust has teamed up with the lifestyle division of Carhartt to release a t-shirt inspired by the Southsea’s dockyard on the south coast of England. The black and gray print pays tribute to the workwear heritage Carhartt has possessed since 1889. Available exclusively at Bored of Southsea.
Something that perhaps has to be explained a few times whenever its brought up, Carhartt’s streetwear division has brought forth a new dynamic to the popular workwear staple. In the land of vinyl and cartoons, Rocco & Al run Rocco’s Diner next door to Carhartt’s Detroit headquarters. Two versions are available, a general release color version and a black and white version.

Burton x Carhartt? Who would have thought that workwear giant, Carhartt, and snowboarding giant, Burton, would come together for a collaboration. According to jeffstaple, they will be working on some dope jackets. There isn’t much more information other than that but definitely keep an eye on this!

With strong roots in workwear, Carhartt transcended workwear to become a mainstay in the Asian and European street fashion markets. They recently designed a small capsule of items exclusively for sale through Japanese magazine Samurai. The items include a Thermo hoodie as well as logo beanies. The pieces are currently available through Samurai’s online store.
Hong Kong label Fingercroxx teamed up with Carhartt to produce a series of pieces set to release later this month. The theme for this collection pays homage to the mysterious legend of Bigfoot. This is Fingercroxx’s first collaboration with Carhartt. This release will include a series of re-branded tees and hoodies among other things and will debut on November 9th.

Carhartt Streetwear presents a new series featuring allover print designs. The designs are featured on some classic Carhartt jackets such as the Hooded Sport Jacket (cell print), the Hooded Thermal Lined Zip Jacket (tape print) and the Car-Lux Hooded Thermo Sweat (mud print). Three New Era 59Fifty fitted caps were also created in their own allover print styles as well.
