KFC has officially teamed up with Oreo to unveil the Oreo Original Recipe Chicken Burger.The sweet and savory fast-food creation is set to debut at KFC locations in China.
The limited-edition menu item blends savory fried chicken with signature dessert components. The sandwich is built around a fried chicken thigh fillet accompanied by a layer of mashed potatoes coated in crushed Oreo cookie pieces.
Encasing the contents are two black, Oreo-flavored bread buns crafted to visually mirror the cookie’s chocolate wafers. Promotional imagery for the launch shows the burger served alongside the brand’s previously introduced Original Recipe chicken-flavored Oreo cookies, which were also presented in the Chinese market.
