MING and Royal Selangor debut the 88-piece 37.06 Titanium Watch.

It features a hand-hammered pewter dial made in Kuala Lumpur.

Retailing for CHF 5,000, it marks MING's first locally assembled timepiece.

MING has unveiled the 37.06 Royal Selangor, its newest limited-edition timepiece celebrating celebrating Malaysian craft through an unexpected material: pewter.

Created in collaboration with Royal Selangor, the watch features a hand-hammered pewter dial housed in MING’s lightweight grade‑2 titanium case. The partnership brings together Royal Selangor’s 140‑year heritage in pewter craftsmanship with MING’s contemporary design language, resulting in a timepiece that is both culturally rooted and visually distinctive.

The dial, produced in Kuala Lumpur, showcases pewter’s natural depth and texture, catching light differently from every angle to give each watch a unique character. Paired with the brushed titanium case, domed sapphire crystals, and Super‑LumiNova X1‑coated hands, the design balances warmth with modern precision. Inside, the Swiss‑made Sellita SW300.M1 automatic movement offers a 50‑hour power reserve, visible through the exhibition caseback. Notably, the entire run will be assembled locally in Kuala Lumpur, underscoring the collaboration’s authenticity and commitment to Malaysian craft.

Retailing at 5,000 CHF (approx. $ 6,133 USD), the 37.06 Royal Selangor comes with a blue‑grey goat leather strap by Jean Rousseau and is delivered in a special hammered pewter presentation box crafted by Royal Selangor. Availability begins today at Royal Selangor boutiques, with a small number of pieces offered via MING’s official website starting August 6, 2026.
