LEGO is bringing The X-Files into its Ideas lineup with a 1,478-piece set that captures two of the show’s most recognizable images in a single build. The exclusive pairs a detailed recreation of Fox Mulder’s office with an alien arrival scene, giving fans of the ’90s series a display piece rooted in the paranormal world that defined it.
The construction is designed to work as two connected scenes. Builders can place the UFO on a transparent pole so it appears to hover above a woodland setting, then display that forest moment on its own as standalone decor. Mulder’s office sits below, packed with authentic touches, and the desk section lifts away to reveal the interior details. Small Easter eggs run throughout, including the iconic “I Want to Believe” poster that has become shorthand for the show itself. The combined model stands over 12 inches tall and roughly 9 inches wide and deep, giving it real presence on a shelf.
The minifigure roster is where longtime fans will find the most to unpack.
