Building on the momentum of their initial partnership last fall, Maison Valentino and Vans have reunited for a fresh footwear offering within the Cruise 2026 collection. Under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele, the release centers on the Vans Classic Slip-On, elevating the 1977 skate staple with the Roman heritage and maximalist energy that defines the modern Valentino aesthetic.

The collection features six unisex styles that artfully blend Vans’ checkerboard heritage with Valentino’s signature motifs. The VLogo Signature is integrated into bold colorways such as black/red and black/pink, while the lineup also sees the return of the whimsical Le Chat de la Maison illustration. New additions include the vibrant Cherryfic pattern and a lush Tropical Leaves design, reflecting Michele’s penchant for eclectic storytelling. Notably, each pair is housed in custom co-branded packaging that mirrors the thoughtful craftsmanship of the shoes.

To celebrate the launch, renowned artist Parra has directed a surreal campaign film exploring the intersection of high fashion and street culture. This visual narrative highlights the collection’s playful spirit, positioning the Slip-On as a timeless canvas for artistic expression. Check out the campaign video below.
