Twitch superstar Kai Cenat has launched Streamer University. Taking to his social media to announce the new project, the popular streamer is moving forward with what he originally confirmed back in February this year.
Known for his viral stunts and interactions with big name celebrities, Kai Cenat is one of the biggest names in streaming at the moment. Preparing to share his knowledge with the next generation, he has opened up his own Streamer University. The program launched alongside a playful Hogwarts-style trailer. Enrolment is now available on the University’s website for any prospective students and teachers. Only about 150 applicants will be chosen.
Kai’s social media posts about the university have already gone viral, with many fans joking they would be open to a “groundskeeper” or “Janitors” role. In the promotional video, Cenat began by inviting fans to “enroll now” and added, “I’m excited to extend to you a most heartfelt welcome to the very first class of Streamer University. Here, you will find a school where chaos is encouraged and content is king…I look forward to seeing you all on campus for our first-ever semester.” The launch comes just months after Kai said on a Twitch livestream, “I’m going to rent out a university over a course of a weekend. It will be streaming university. Okay? I’m going to rent it out.” He said at the time that he wanted his fellow streaming peers like Mark Rober and Mr. Beast to have their own courses.
