‘El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie’ Gets a Musical Video Recap Courtesy of Chloe X Halle
Featuring Jesse Pinkman’s journey over the series’ five seasons.
With only a month left to go before El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie debuts on Netflix, GRAMMY-nominated Chloe X Halle have shared a musical recap for the hit series to amp up fans.
Coming in at just over three-minutes, the video features the anthemic track from the duo, which many will recognize as the 1950’s doo-wop tune “Enchanted” which was originally made famous by The Platters. This is then played over footage from past Breaking Bad seasons. The video revisits many painful and soul crushing moments that Jesse Pinkman (played by Aaron Paul) had to endure over the series’ five season run.
The clip finally concludes with Pinkman escaping captivity in the final episode, which the upcoming film will supposedly kick off from. “Enchanted” also holds a sentimental value for Pinkman’s character, considering it was the same track that was played when he tried heroin for the first time with his girlfriend Jane (played by Krysten Ritter).
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie arrives via Netflix on October 11. It has yet-to-be confirmed if Cranston will reprise his role in the upcoming film; he could likely appear in flashback scenes.
