The norda 055 debuts as an ambitious, all-terrain and all-distance silhouette built to deliver explosive yet stable performance across the trails. Arriving in a clean “Strato” colorway, the sneaker utilizes a bespoke woven upper constructed from bio-circular Dyneema® — an ultralight material offering exceptional breathability, water drainage, and a strength-to-weight ratio 15 times greater than steel.
In a first for the brand, the 055 integrates a seamless knit tongue and collar designed to block out debris while working in tandem with a rigid, structured heel to provide an unparalleled lockdown fit. The technical embellishments continue across the midfoot with proprietary sawtooth laces that are also spun from a rugged bio-circular Dyneema® blend.
Beneath the upper, the 055 takes a “more is more” approach by employing a higher stack height engineered for maximum endurance. The shoe rests on a 100% Arnitel® TPEE midsole boasting a resilience rating above 75%, which ensures massive energy return and maintains stable mechanical performance across extreme hot and cold climates without bottoming out.
