BEAMS and Birkenstock are continuing their collaborative partnership for the 2026 Spring/Summer season. Slated to drop later this month, the upcoming release reimagines the classic Boston silhouette, elevating the iconic model with a premium, heavily textured aesthetic.

Marking the fourth official installment of their highly coveted “Bone Pattern” series, the new collaboration introduces a major material update to the established design language. Arriving to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic Boston silhouette, the collaborative model completely swaps out traditional materials in favor of a sleek, high-quality smooth black leather construction.

The defining feature of the release lies in its heavy upper detailing. Taking direct inspiration from the iconic traction pattern traditionally utilized on Birkenstock outsoles, the signature “Bone Pattern” motif in black is deeply embossed across the entirety of the premium leather upper. The unique fusion of the sleek smooth leather and the aggressive black finish creates a highly versatile new iteration of the Boston. Furthermore, the specialized design approach was specifically crafted to seamlessly blend with the elevated street-casual styling championed by BEAMS.
