Summary

  • G-SHOCK and NIGO have teased an upcoming collaboration
  • The teaser reveals a mysterious, stop-motion-like aesthetic centered around four colors
  • Official design and model details for the watch have not yet been announced

As teased on its Instagram, the G-SHOCK x NIGO collaboration will be unveiled very soon. No official word has been given on the designs or which watch models are involved, but the teaser – comprised of a concept video and key visual – embraces a stop-motion–style aesthetic.

The video unfolds inside a fictional CASIO LAB on a stormy, rain-lashed day. At first, the lab seems deserted, until a bubbling blob of peach, pink, green, and blue material appears on a desk. With each crack of lightning, four shadowy figures flicker on the walls, as if they’ve wandered in to throw a secret party. Details are still under wraps — stay tuned for the full reveal.
