Final Fujifilm GFX 100RF Leak Reveals Key Features Ahead of Official Launch
The first compact camera in the GFX series.

A final leak of the highly anticipated Fujifilm GFX 100RF has surfaced just hours before its official announcement. This medium format camera with a fixed lens introduces groundbreaking features, combining high-resolution imaging with a compact, premium design.
The GFX 100RF is the first compact camera in the GFX series, weighing just 735 grams, making it the lightest GFX camera to date. It features a precision-machined aluminum body, available in black or silver and a control dial for quick aspect ratio adjustments. The camera is powered by a 102MP GFX CMOS II sensor and X-Processor 5, delivering low noise, sharp details and a wide dynamic range.
Its AI-driven autofocus system enhances face, eye and object tracking, while a built-in four-stop ND filter, leaf shutter for high-speed flash photography and Surround View function – which simulates an optical viewfinder with bright frame overlays – further elevate its capabilities.
Set for release in April 2025, the Fujifilm GFX 100RF will retail for €5,499 EUR (approx. $5,939 USD). With the official announcement just hours away, it marks a new era of compact medium format photography.
