Goldwin has unveiled its Oyabe Fall/Winter 2025 skiwear collection, a line that pays homage to the brand’s origins in Oyabe City in Toyama Prefecture. Named after the birthplace of Goldwin in 1950, the Oyabe series represents a new chapter in the brand’s ski heritage, combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced materials developed at the Goldwin Tech Lab. The collection is designed to perform in extreme alpine conditions while offering a sophisticated aesthetic that transitions seamlessly from the slopes to après-ski environments.
The collection’s conceptual focus moves beyond standard performance, aiming to introduce a new sense of elegance to the snow scene. Goldwin emphasizes the concept of “beautiful when worn, beautiful when taken off,” a philosophy achieved through meticulous attention to detail and the active use of specialized, hard-to-mass-produce specifications.
