Domenico Formichetti's PDF Releases the "BEND" Silver Ring

PDF by Domenico Formichetti continues to make waves with every release. The brand takes on Domenico Formichetti‘s unconventional perspective on streetwear. Considered to be one of the few in the industry who has formatively played a role in growing Italy’s dynamic streetwear scene, he offers genderless ready-to-wear pieces that explore individuality and non-conformity.
This upcoming release sees the Italian designer reveal its “BEND” silver ring. The silver ring is medieval and heavy duty, designed with the intention of bringing a chunky aesthetic to an otherwise minimal accessory. In his youth, Domenico often played sports which led to injuries in the hand. When these injuries occurred he would wear metal-like braces as support. The rings are an homage to his experiences and as as reminder of protection, similar to what the braces or bands used for injuries represented. The ring is constructed out of 925 sterling silver with a matte finish. Handcrafted and designed in Italy, the ring embodies the brand’s image of representing the rebellious, experimental and independent.
The “BEND” silver ring comes sizes 12 to 28 and will be available starting on April 5 exclusively on PDFChannel.
