Axel Arigato Debuts New Sneaker Icon, The Onyx

Swedish label Axel Arigato has grown its footwear family across several hero models. From the Y2K-infused Marathon Sphere to the athletic Neo Runner, the co-ed brand is grounded in simplicity and debuts its next silhouette, The Onyx.
Available for men and women, The Onyx puts a modern spin on 1980s classics, taking inspiration from robust basketball styles that have graced the hardwood. Axel Arigato takes slam dunks to a whole new level with The Onyx, merging basketball and music cultures with a stacked build ideal for any occasion. The brand taps into influential decade-old models, from the Nike Air Force 1 to the adidas Superstar — Axel Arigato crafts its own icon.
The Onyx line will drop in four colorways to celebrate the launch, featuring white premium leather uppers with scored medial panels and mesh underpinnings. The modern design has pre-yellow chunky midsoles for an aged look with “ARIGATO” branding and two-toned bottoms.
