NEEDLES and MIDNIGHT STUDIOS Reveal New Collaboration
Working together on NEEDLES’ signature tracksuit.
Like many fashion brands big and small, NEEDLES sees the power in collaboration, which is why it has been a brand mainstay for years – seeing partnerships with entities like BEAMS, Haven, Nepenthes, UNION and more. Now the brand is adding to its Rolodex by tapping Shane Gonzales’ Los Angeles-based brand MIDNIGHT STUDIOS for a new collaboration.
In the NEEDLES repertoire, its tracksuits remain a signature style, which has spanned both street-oriented and more elevated styles. So for this new collaboration, it only makes sense that the two entities work together on their own iteration of the tracksuit – marking a safe, yet stylish offering. The Poly Track Jacket and Pants come in shades of dark gray and light blue, but the interesting part about the finish is that they appear in printed denim constructions (although they are indeed not denim).
What also livens the tracksuits is a range of patches that include auto-brand-inspired decals, NEEDLES signature butterflies and more. Aside from the collaboration, NEEDLES has also just revealed its FW24 collection, which is an ode to vintage American aesthetics.
