Fisker Delivered 4,700 Electric "Ocean" SUVs in 2023

Out of the over 10,000 that it produced, marking a 300 percent increase in deliveries from its third to fourth quarter.

Fisker has released details on production and delivery stats for the 2023 year with its all-electric “Ocean” SUV leading the way. In total, Fisker has produced 10,142 Ocean SUVs and delivered 4,700 of them — with deliveries up 300 percent from quarter three to four.

Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO of Fisker, reflected on the year’s achievements, stating “Despite challenges emerging from COVID-19, especially in our supply chains, we have delivered around 4,700 Fisker Oceans. This represents substantial revenue and a foundation for accelerated growth in 2024. With a solid business structure, low overhead and an award-winning vehicle, the future looks promising for Fisker.”

Notably, the EV maker’s growth trajectory began to accelerate in mid-2023, with significant delivery numbers recorded in September and October. The majority of these deliveries were the Fisker Ocean One launch edition, priced at $68,999 USD. The company expanded its market reach, commencing deliveries in Canada and achieving a presence in 12 global markets, including the United Kingdom, where the first Fisker Ocean Sport was delivered.

The Fisker Ocean has also garnered acclaim, winning six European awards across Germany, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom. Since then, Fisker has implemented two key over-the-air software updates in the last quarter, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction through feature upgrades and bug fixes — with further updates planned for early 2024.

In addition to sales and delivery growth, the company’s physical presence has also grown, with flagship Lounges in major cities and delivery and service locations across the U.S. and Europe. The newly opened sales, delivery and service call center, along with an enhanced Loyalty Program, aims to provide superior customer service.

Looking ahead to 2024, Fisker plans to announce initiatives to boost sales and deliveries, aligning with production capabilities and strong market demand. The company will increase test-drive events in the U.S. and Europe, leveraging the Ocean’s unique features and ride quality.
