Those with an iPhone 13 or any earlier-dated model should consider replacing the battery in their device soon. Beginning on March 1, Apple will be raising the price of battery replacements for older devices by $20 USD.

The increase was noticed by 9to5Mac after Apple updated the information on its iPhone Battery Replacement Service homepage, though the tech company didn’t make an official announcement. Apple’s iPhone warranty notably doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use, requiring iPhone owners to either replace their devices over time or swap out the battery.

For iPhone X through iPhone 13 models, battery replacements will jump from $69 USD to $89 USD. iPhone 8, iPhone SE and earlier models will increase from $49 USD to $69 USD.

Battery replacement can take place in-person at Apple retail locations, at home via a mail-in service and through authorized retailers. Apple hasn’t shared if battery prices for its DIY self-repair store will also be subject to change.

In other tech news, Elon Musk has become the first person to ever lose $200 billion USD.
