'Spy x Family' Season 1 Sub-Finale Airs Next Week
Titled “Penguin Park.”
While only 11 episodes have aired so far, Spy x Family is poised to be one of the most popular animes of 2022. It’s recently been confirmed that episode 12, set to air next Sunday, will be the last episode of Season 1: Part 1.
The series follows Loid Forger (codename Twilight), a talented spy who’s tasked with gaining the trust of the leader of the National Unity Party. To get close to the leader, Twilight must start a family to infiltrate an elite private school. What he doesn’t know is that coincidentally, his new wife Yor is an assassin, and his adopted daughter Anya is a telepath. Episode 12, titled “Penguin Park” will see the Forger family traveling to the aquarium, and the short preview teases a scene of Yor in full assassin mode.
Spy x Family Season 1 will feature 25 episodes in total and Part 2 is set to launch this fall in October. Stay tuned for more details.
