CarService, BLOHM and Bobby Yamamoto Collide for Reflective Loafers
Found in 7W Corduroy.

CarService by Kei Hashimoto has announced a triple collaboration with YouthQuake artist Bobby Yamamoto and up-and-coming independent label BLOHM to produce a pair of steel grey reflective “Passing” loafers.
Borrowing from Blohm’s footwear expertise as demonstrated through its Chito collaboration, and M.F. Doom sandals, the collaborative loafers are dressed in “Steel Grey” 7w corduroy and finished in all-around reflective leathers across the stitching lines. CarService’s logo outline and Yamamoto’s Akira-inspired pill motif are stitched across the left and right forefoot sections.
The name “Passing” comes from the idea of flashing headlights when getting into a car. Reflective accents are hidden during the day and appear under the bright Tokyo streetlights at night.
The collaborative “Passing’ loafers are now available at CarService and BLOHM stockists for ¥45,000 JPY (approximately $368 USD). The duo is also holding a pop-up at Styles Daikanyama in Tokyo to celebrate the launch. A range of collaborative pill graphic tees are also available for purchase.
