Bremont MBIII Rapha Special Edition Brings Together British Watchmaking and Cycling Brands
The all-black titanium GMT features Rapha pink second hand.
British brands Bremont and Rapha have collaborated on a black and pink MBIII GMT, dubbed the “ultimate cycling chronometer fine-tuned for travelling the world by bike.”
British watchmaker Bremont and premium cycling and lifestyle brand Rapha created the watch with members of the Rapha Cycling Club in mind. The worldwide membership are the brand’s most loyal devotees with exclusive access to Rapha’s “most sought-after products, rides and experiences.”
The 43mm black DLC grade 5 titanium MBIII Rapha Special Edition is the first mechanical watch to be offered to the club and features a “Rapha pink” second hand with signature ripcord counterweight and the brand’s logo at the six o’clock position.
“It’s always a privilege working with other British brands such as Rapha and celebrating the cultural synergies afforded by two companies driven by meticulous attention to detail,” says Bremont co-founder Nick English. “Rapha has really carved out its own niche in the cycling market and we love their positioning around the adventure of cycling. We make British watches that are designed to be tested beyond the normal call of duty so we look forward to seeing where RCC members will be taking it.”
On the reverse is a smoked sapphire crystal revealing the chronometer-rated BE-93-2AV automatic movement and custom Rapha winding rotor. The watch is supplied with both black leather stitched strap and black rubber strap.
The MBIII Rapha Special Edition will be exclusively available to members of Rapha Cycling Club via Bremont, priced £4,795 GBP (approximately $6,260 USD).
