CASETiFY is teaming up with Yusuke Hanai in its latest artist collaboration. Known for his knack for mixing Japanese aesthetics with American retro, the Japanese artist has a style strongly influenced by the counter-culture in the 1950s and 1960s.

Based on the concept of “Baby steps for a better tomorrow, with a little bravery,” the collection conveys the message that small, significant acts of bravery equate to one foot in front of the other, which will eventually get you to the final destination. The latest lineup includes iPhone cases, AirPods Pro case, Apple Watch band, AirTag holder, and magnetic wireless charger, all decorated with melancholic designs featuring a man standing in the wilderness or by the window pensively, a dog biting into its leash in disobedience to its owner, and a collar-free cat atop of its displeased human companion.

The new phone cases come in various environmentally friendly options, including impact cases and 100-percent compostable cases. “Having something you like and being fashionable are important things that enrich your life. If such things you want are made with a little less environmental impact, you will feel lighter for them. I would be happy if you think about such things a little when you make a purchase, and if this collection will give you an opportunity to think about it,” Yusuke Hanai adds.

The Yusuke Hanai x CASETiFY collection is now available at the CASETiFY online store, Shibuya PARCO, and LUCUA Osaka store, with prices ranging from $279 HKD (approximately $35 USD) for an AirPods Pro case to $429 HKD (approximately $55 USD) for an Impact Crush iPhone case.

In case you missed it, you can now champion your favorite NHL team with CASETiFY’s latest collaboration.
