adidas Originals has been stylishly reinventing its landmark ZX series as of late. Amongst a host of collaborations, the Three Stripes recently tapped atmos Tokyo on a graffiti-inspired runner that referenced the various murals found across the Japanese capital. To follow, adidas is continuing its beverage-themed trajectory with a ZX8000 that features the soothing palette of Korean Bakha-Cha mint tea.

Verdant and lively, the adidas ZX 8000 “FRESH MINT TEA” showcases a green mesh upper with synthetic suede overlays. Complementing the kick is a warm gray toe box with a Torsion system midsole and corrugated rubber outsole. Further details include textile lining and lace closure, along with a recipe for the drink that inspired the sneaker on the interior.

As spring begins to blossom, the adidas ZX 8000 “FRESH MINT TEA” is a refreshing addition to any lineup. Built on heritage, comfort has been the winning ingredient to this sneaker since its debut in 1988. The shoe is available to purchase on adidas and select retailers for $120 USD.

Speaking of atmos Tokyo, the retailer worked with New Balance on a sumptuous 996.
