With the winter air creeping in and ski slopes starting to open, it’s the perfect time to elevate one’s winter wardrobe. Prada, who has been particularly committed to providing weather-ready yet stylish pieces, has released its new Gabardine Après Ski Boots.

Outfitted with a sports meets technical style, the shoes are constructed from black nylon with padded detailing and wrapped black shoestrings. What gives the shoe its commanding demeanor is a 40 mm thick expanded rubber sole and lug tread. Finishing off the boots is a drawstring cord closure, Prada’s signature enamel triangle logo and Prada’s name on the back heels.

In prepping for the slopes, Prada provides options. The boots come in 20 cm and 32 cm bootleg variations. Check out the gallery above for a closer look.

Priced at $1370 USD and $1590 USD, the Nylon Gabardine Après Ski Boots are available now online.

In related news, Gucci’s puffer ski boots come in multicolored allure.
