Toyota Gazoo Racing Debuts GR GT3 Concept at Tokyo Auto Salon
There’s a little bit of 2000GT in there.

Toyota Gazoo Racing has just unveiled a Batmobile-looking GR GT3 Concept at this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon.
Revealed alongside a Japan-exclusive Toyota GRMN Yaris, TGR did not release a whole lot of info regarding the sleek race car, and it doesn’t seem like it was built upon any current sports car — it does, however, have a bit of 2000GT in it.
The company’s official statement says that this concept promotes “driver first” car development and will most likely be hybrid or all-electric as it is accelerating activities “to make the world of motorsports sustainable.” Equipped with a rather aggressive aero kit, this is one serious concept.
In other automotive news, Tesla’s Cybertruck is reportedly now delayed until 2023.
