EVA Unit 01 Graces the Evangelion x Nestlé Nescafé Gold Blend Barista

Adding to the numerous collaborations revealed in anticipation of the Evangelion 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time release, Nestlé has no revealed an unexpected collaboration for the beloved series.

This time around, the popular Nescafé Gold Blend Barista coffee machine has been decorated with imagery from the Evangelion universe. Accompanying the modern sleek black base is a relief illustration of Shinji Ikari’s EVA Unit 01 and the NERV organization’s ominous logo. The special edition also comes marked with additional Nescafé Gold markings at the vent and above the touch panel.

Designed to provide an enriched coffee experience when paired with Nestlé’s micronized soluble premium blend coffee product. The Nescafé Gold Blend Barista utilizes patented cyclone technology that creates body and aroma with velvety crema for black coffee and smooth rich froth for cappuccinos and lattes.

Priced at ¥9,878 JPY (approximately $90 USD), the Evangelion x Nestlé Nescafé Gold Blend Barista is now available for pre-order the from Nestlé Japan with an official release set for June 26.
