After unveiling its collaborative tote bags with L.L. Bean last month, the two labels have reunited for a set of rugged waterproof boots. The Japanese label has revamped L.L. Bean’s signature gumshoe silhouette with durable canvas fabrics in two earthy colorways — olive and beige.

The top of the silhouette comes with sleek black padded collars, followed by dark brown leather trims underneath, along the upper heel, the edge of the tongue and quarters. Durable canvas fabrics are placed at the uppers, complemented by three pairs of brass eyelets and contrasting white triple-stitch seams at the lower side of the panel. Furthermore, the bottom half of the silhouette boasts a hazel-brown rubber waterproof vamp, detailed with thin vertical ridges at the duck toebox. All of these features sit above a rich mustard-toned midsole, while a rectangular “L.L. Bean” patch logo at the heel rounds up the design.

The BEAMS PLUS x L.L. Bean Canvas Gumshoes will be available on March 27 on BEAMS’ website for $181 USD.
