Carrying on the dad sneaker-craze, Maison Margiela grants its classical “Replica” sneakers an oversized, rugged sole unit.

The red mesh and calfskin overlays are atop the neon yellow suede patches just above the white rubber sole of the Security Dirty Treatment Sneakers. A darker tinge of red coats the eyelet wings while the fashion house’s numeral branding is embossed on the tongue tab. The pair receives a “dirty treatment”, rounding off the look with the tarnished exterior which creates a nostalgic effect.

Priced at $885 USD, the Security Dirty Treatment Sneakers are now available on Maison Margiela’s website and at select retailers.

Recently, Maison Margiela’s 22 2-in-1 Low Sneaker arrives in more dramatic colorways.
