adidas Originals just released the latest episode of SHPTLKS – a four-part series detailing its Consortium collections through a host of collaborative ventures with key retail partners. Last hitting the streets of Stockholm to chop it up with Sneakersnstuff, the sportswear giant recently ventured out to Taipei to meet up with Jimmy Wu and his groundbreaking INVINCIBLE storefront.
Listen in as Wu nostalgically references his time as a young sneakerhead in New York City, sharing his experiences of queuing up for coveted drops to his transformative trek back to Taipei in kicking off his INVINCIBLE journey. Responsible for elevating Taiwan to the streetwear relevancy it now enjoys, Wu breaks down his very first adidas collab involving the Superstar and even acknowledged the pride he feels in being tagged as the only Asian outpost to work on the FUTURECRAFT 4D.
